When Entain’s Head of Employer Brand approached us back in 2020, we thought ‘ahh no, the poor fella’s been hacked. There’s no way an agency like ours would ever get invited into bed with a multinational conglomerate like this lot.’
But, not only did we get asked for a sleepover, we coordinated their rebrand, reshaped their tone of voice, developed a new strategy for job ads, and had more conversations with their different team members than we’d had with our own. Then, we got in with their Internal Comms, Marketing, Retail, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion teams too. We turned it all into impactful content to push out on their social channels and build a proper global audience.
